Frequently Asked Questions

What is IV Therapy?

If you've been to a hospital, you've probably seen a bag of liquid hanging from a pole with a line leading to someone's arm.

That's what this is!

Intravenous Therapy is a medical technique to administer fluids, medications and nutrients directly into a vein that all Hospitals, Emergency Rooms, and Urgent Care facilities use.

Is this safe?

Yes!

Everything that you receive are the same IVs and Medications you would receive if you went to Urgent Care or the Hospital.

All of our Nurses have worked in Critical Care either in the ICUs or Emergency Rooms of Hospitals, and we are operating under the medical direction of Dr. Frank Reiser, MD

Does it hurt?

We use small, flexible IV catheters. They're so small the needle feels like a pinch from being reminded you’re not wearing green on St. Patty’s Day!

How long does it take?

Around 30 to 45 minutes.

Most people notice they feel better before their session is over. Everyone does respond differently to IV Therapy and so you might occasionally start to feel the effects an hour or two after their session.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes!

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately no, we do not accept insurance.

Accepting insurance would limit our ability to genuinely help our patents. By involving a profit-driven 3rd party, it would limit the quality of care we could offer, which would harm our patients' ability to get back to living a happy and healthy life.

We do accept Cash, Card, HSA and FSA. If you have questions, call us!

Can I tip?

Yes please! Your tips go directly to your Nurse.

Our Nurses go above and beyond to provide the care they do direct to your door. So please, show them your appreciation!
